Our 6 bedrooms 4-bathroom villa at the tranquil Sunset Lakes is situated 2 miles from Walt Disney World, close to the attractions, restaurants and shops. Situated on the corner of the lake you can appreciate the view when you relax from the comfort of the pool and extended deck area. The fully air-conditioned accommodation comprises of: 2 full size masters with King size beds, 1 bedroom with Queen and 3 bedrooms with twins 2 more bathrooms, Family room, Kitchen, dining area, extended deck and pool with views of the lake. Sunset Lakes is a collection of homes built around 2 large lakes where fishing is permitted and bordered by beautiful conservation land. The electronic gated entrance lead you into this well maintained estate, which boasts a children park and community swimming pool. Situated behind Splendid China ¾ mile from the 192 shops and restaurants. Disney main gates 5 minutes drive.
The property is overseen by a highly professional management company who are themselves located only 10 minutes away and are available 24 hours a day to help guests with any queries etc they may have. We have endeavored to provide everything needed to ensure a completely relaxing, enjoyable vacation.
We offer a meet and greet service from the airport if required, also arrangements can be made to supply a food pack ready for arrival.

Sunset Lakes is a prestigious gated community ideally situated for all Central Florida’s main attractions. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from Disney.
The luxurious homes are minutes away from many Golf Courses, restaurants and supermarkets. Getting to and from the Theme Parks is easy with this ideal location. You really can visit the parks in the morning, spend the afternoons relaxing by your own private pool and return to the parks in minutes.
Within this superb community there is a communal pool and cabana, children’s play area and you do not need a license to fish in the well stocked lake. Conservation land adjoins the development creating a natural habitat for the wildlife of Florida.
