The House the Mouse would stay in is a luxury villa located in an exclusive gated community of The Reserve at Town Center Resort. This Florida Vacation Rental is located just 5 min from the I-4 interstate and 10 min from Disney World, it's the ideal location for visiting Central Florida and all its attractions.
The villa is 1800 sq ft single story. Ideal for small and large families or more than one family and for those with disabilities. This impressive 5 bedroom villa with 2 master suites both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. The master bedrooms have queen size beds. Bedroom # 3 has a full size bed. Bedrooms #4 and # 5 each hold two twin beds. Most rooms have TVs. All linens and towels provided. The Living room has a double sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, VCR and AM/FM CD player.
The full service kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Crock pot, Iced Tea Maker, along with dishes,drinkware, and utensils. The table with chairs seat 4 in the kitchen. The dining area's table seats six. There are also 2 stools for sidebar dining.
The game room is equipped with a pool table and foosball table along with a variety of games for young and old.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available for guest use.
The covered lanai with ceiling fan/light overlooks the pool and small lake. You can sit comfortably underneath it at either the table or on one of the three lounge chairs. The 30-ft heated pool is South facing so you get the most sun and with the pond in the rear of this property there are no rear neighbors. The entire pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed and there is a child safety fence in place.

For the comfort of all our guests, OUR HOME HAS A NO PET/ANIMALS / NO SMOKING ALLOWED policy. There is smoking allowed outside on the lanai.
