The spacious , FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED accommodation runs from the front living room and formal dining area through to the open plan kitchen/family room and out through rear patio doors to the pool. With three living areas, 5 bedrooms (each with cable TV) and 4 bathrooms (two ensuite) it is an ideal choice for families sharing.
The FRONT LOUNGE:- incorporates comfortable seating amongst tasteful decor. With 7 CABLE TVs in the house we have deliberately left this room without to provide a quite area for those who want to read or relax. The formal dining area will seat 8 people.
KITCHEN - The superbly fitted out kitchen, with loads of storage, should have all you need including an electric cooker with oven, toaster, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, blender, ice-maker, waste disposal, dishwasher etc. It is open plan to the INFORMAL DINING AREA which has a table seating six. This runs through to the LARGE FAMILY ROOM area incorporating comfortable seating and furniture with cable TV and DVD. This opens out to the large POOL/SPA which is well kitted out with ample padded sun-loungers and chairs along with the table and chairs.
Enjoy the space and luxury of the MASTER BEDROOM with its king size bed, TV, telephone and tasteful furniture. Its ENSUITE BATHROOM incorporates his & her sink units, a corner 'Jucuzzi' bath, large shower cubicle, seperate toilet cubicle and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has patio doors so you can slip out of bed and into the pool for your early morning swim.
Also downstairs is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes next to the general downstairs bathroom which has a large shower cubicle. The UTILITY area incorporated a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board as well as airing racks. This leads to the large integral double garage.

UPSTAIRS you will find a small kitchenette area with a fridge, storage and a sink.
The 3rd BATHROOM services the TWO TWIN BEDROOMS and the 3rd LIVING AREA. Each upstairs bedroom has a walk-in closet. The seating, including a bed-settee is a great den for the kids, having cable TV and a DVD player. This area acts as bedroom 6 should you need to sleep 11 or 12 persons. Also upstairs is the QUEEN BEDROOM with its own walk-in closet and ENSUITE facilities.

The fully equipped games room boasts pool and air hockey tables and arcade games.
A shuttle bus service can be arranged at the resort for a small charge - ask at the Clubhouse for pick-up details. For a small refundable deposit, videos and DVDs can be borrowed for use in your villa.
Easy access to both the I-4 and the US 192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer. 8 mins from Animal Kingdom and 10-12mins of the remaining Disney parks.
Within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful white sand beaches and 65mls of the Atlantic coast with Kennedy Space Center, Daytona and Cocoa Beach. There are many great resturants, shopping malls, Premium Outlet stores to enjoy as well as the park attractions and many golf courses in the area.
