This is our luxury privately owned fully air conditioned villa, located on the breath taking Ridgewood Lakes Golf community. Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club is an upstate 5 star club open to the public. There is also free use of tennis courts and a heated community swimming pool open all year round all with in 2 minuites walk.
Our villa comes fully equipped,the kitchen is very spacious with everything you require. There is a seperate utility room with a large washing machine & dryer. An open plan lounge with cable tv (the large setee will pull down in to a queen size bed-making it possible to sleep up to eight people. There is also a formal sitting areaHer you will find a ps23 games console & dinning room with patio doors leading out to the furnished patio & pool area. Our villa is not over looked,so you can relax in the privacy of the pool area and enjoy the views of Ridgewood Lakes.There is also a basketball game around the pool for your enjoyment.
Our villa has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms,the master bedroom has a king size bed,tv complete with cable package a large walk in closet and large en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds and a dvd,both bedrooms have walk in closets and plenty of draw space. Bed linen is supplied for all beds, and towels for all bathrooms,and for the beach. We also supply at no extra cost a gas bbq, highchair and cot (krib),the villa also has a safe if you wish to lock your valubles up.
Ridgewood Lakes is located on Highway 27,which is a short distance from Interstate 4 (I-4) giving easy access to Disney,Sea World, Universal Studios, The Gulf coast beaches and ofcourse all the Shopping Malls.
