The villa is ideally equipped to a high standard offering luxurious and comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. This includes two master bedrooms (one ensuite), and one twin room. Each bedroom has its own remote controlled cable tv ceiling fan, and closet. The main master bedroom has a spectacular view overlooking the lake.
Both the lounge and separate dining room overlook the pool and have oversized windows providing a focal point that takes full advantage of the breathtaking Lake views. A family TV and DVD player are provided in the lounge with over 70 cable stations (including Disney, MTV, BET, and many more).
There is a well-equipped kitchen with many useful appliances and utility area with automatic washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Ideally located with direct access to Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54), Lake Thomas Villa is part of a small community known as Robbins Rest, close by to Lake Wilson Road. It is within 5 minutes drive of the I-4 Champions Gate Exit 58, which provides speedy access within 10 minutes to Orlandos theme parks, shopping experiences, evening entertainment, and golf courses, the most famous of which being Champions Gate itself. Alternatively, if a trip to Kennedy Space Centre or the coast is what you have in mind, these are only about an hours drive away.
The Champions Gate Complex conveniently provides a Publix supermarket and a number of other small shops, a variety of restaurants, some that will deliver to your door, as well as fast food outlets.
A telephone answer machine is provided and local telephone calls are free whilst international calls can easily be made using telephone cards or a credit card. Our management company are happy to provide 24-hour assistance when necessary.
