Sunset Villa

Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community with two lakes and it is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and other facilities. Disney World main gate is just four miles away and other attractions, such as Universal Studios and Sea World, are within a short drive. Several high quality golf courses are minutes away. Sunset Lakes has additional facilities including a community pool and children’s play area.

The home provides a spacious open plan living area, with two large sofas, one of which converts into a double-bed. The living room overlooks the swimming pool, and has a large sliding door, providing access onto the pool deck. There is Cable TV with a DVD/VCR video player and some films. We also provide a stereo CD player/radio for your entertainment, together with CD's.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen, with full-size stove, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and many other appliances. The dining area has an extending table and chairs, seating up to eight people. In addition, there are two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar. The dining area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) through sliding doors.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a walk-in wardrobe off the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double-bed and bathroom with shower. There are two additional bedrooms with twin-beds, including a Mickey and Minnie themed room with Disney TV and video player. The third bathroom also has its own bath with shower. All bedrooms have cable TV. One of the twin rooms has a Playstation 2 with two dual shock controllers and games.

Three alarmed sliding doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck, where you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai area, that has an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool can be heated upon request and there is a pool cover to help retain heat when the pool is not being used.

Sunset Lakes is a prestigious gated community ideally situated for all Central Florida’s main attractions. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from Disney.

The luxurious homes are minutes away from many Golf Courses, restaurants and supermarkets. Getting to and from the Theme Parks is easy with this ideal location. You really can visit the parks in the morning, spend the afternoons relaxing by your own private pool and return to the parks in minutes.

Within this superb community there is a communal pool and cabana, children’s play area and you do not need a license to fish in the well stocked lake. Conservation land adjoins the development creating a natural habitat for the wildlife of Florida.
