Location of villa
Esprit is situated just off Highway 192 to the west of Kissimmee. It is ideally placed for all the major attractions.
The Gulf coast beaches are only about 45/50 minutes away Esprit has a community swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a golf course. There is a large lake with a picnic and barbecue area that can be used for fishing.
We are about 15 Minutes drive from Disney World
The villa
We looked at many locations before deciding to buy at Esprit but found nothing to compare
This spacious comfortable villa is situated on a pleasant Golf community with the golf course running through the middle of it
Our luxurious home has many upgrades and has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard whist still giving a true home form home feel.
The villa is ideally situated close to shops and restaurants (Wal-Mart within 5 minutes)There has just opened a new restaurant within walking distance called Polo park Cafe serving all day breakfast plus many more items
Relax in our beautiful south facing pool (a definite must for maximum sunshine) .The pool is fully enclosed and we have installed the ever popular Florida Glass to ensure total privacy.
We have also installed ceiling fans for extra comfort
When you walk into the home the first words our guests say is WOW this could possibly be a vacation of a lifetime.
As you enter the cool tiled entrance hall you will immediately feel at home to the right as you enter there is a family bathroom a large queen room with queen size double bed and a further twin bedroom
Beyond the hall and to the left is the sunny kitchen with all the amenities you will need there is even an electric can opened, we have tried to anticipate your every need .
Directly to the from of you as you walk in the main sitting room awaits you there is a large screen TV ,a vast library of books for you to enjoy DVDs, ect.from the sitting room to your left is a cozy snug for you just to relax in read a book or just gaze outside and watch the children play in the pool .
To the right of the sitting room is the master bedroom here you will find a King-size bed with luxurious covers .also in the master bedroom you will find the en-suite bathroom this a large walk in double shower vanity basin and toilet. There is also a large dressing room

We were so glad to be your first guests. we had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed your home. After a long day at the parks it was nice to come back and relax in the pool. we were impressed with the villa and how nice it was furnished .
