The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large en suite bathroom with its own Jacuzzi tub and separate double shower, and is situated on the ground floor. The further queen sized bed and twin bed rooms are on the first floor and share the other well appointed bathroom. Each bathroom has power points and hairdriers. There is a loft/den area on the first floor which has a pull out day bed which could sleep 2 adults, or provide an escape area for the children to watch TV or play video games.
There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, large dining room, breakfast dining area, lounge with TV and video/DVD player, stereo unit, laundry room with washing machine, drier and ironing facilities, and large double garage, which from Easter 2005 will house games facilities.
Patio furniture and sun loungers are kept by the pool area for your convienience, ready to enjoy that beautiful Florida sunshine! The pool area is covered with a mesh screen which protects you from the bugs and also blocks approx 30% of the sunshine, but sunscreen lotion is still needed!!
With only a 15 minute journey to Walt Disneys World Resort, 1 hour to either coast, and many other local attractions to see, Oak Island Harbor is an ideal location to spend your time in Florida.

With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and facilities to sleep 2 more adults in the loft/den area, this villa is very deceptive. Only 1.5 miles from the Disney attractions, and yet situated on the edge of a beautiful lake which is surrounded by conservation area, you would be mistaken for thinking you were in Paradise! It has a full south facing pool equipped for bathing or entertaining with furniture and a gas barbeque. All shops and resturants are within walking distance.
