This beautifully kept home is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort, a gated community, less than 3 miles from Disney World and close to all the other Orlando attractions. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, and sleeps up to 14 guests.

The home has a spacious family room has a sumptuous leather sofa in which you can relax on to watch the large screen TV or if you want just chat away the evenings there is a second living area also with a large luxurious soft leather sofa. The kids too can have their own space in the "Loft Lounge" with TV and two sofas.......everyone can do their own thing with space to spare,
This home is immaculately kept to the highest standard.
The pool and deck area comes complete with a freestanding therapeutic "Hot Tub" to unwind after a day at the parks.
There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds both of which are en-suite, a queen size bedroom and three bedrooms with twin beds, each having their own theme.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family dinner or just a quick snack. There is a beautiful large dining table and also a breakfast nook off the kitchen.
The Games room consists of a full size pool table and foosball.
The only thing you will find disappointing about this villa is.........leaving it!
The property is overseen by a highly professional management company who are themselves located only 10 minutes away and are available 24 hours a day to help guests with any queries etc they may have. We have endeavored to provide everything needed to ensure a completely relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Emerald Island Resort is truly a tropical oasis. Surrounded by a conservation area of protected woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island Resort is a 'land island' amidst a sea of lush vegetation. The winding palm lined entrance to Emerald Island Resort gives you a glimpse of the grandeur of this platinum class gated community.
The community has a mix of townhomes and single family homes as well as the larger, premium Harbor Series homes located in The Enclave at Emerald Island. Emerald Island is a short drive from Walt Disney World and the myriad other activities and attractions in the Orlando area.
The Emerald Island Clubhouse is the vibrant center of activity for the community. At 4000 square feet the Clubhouse has something for everyone including a fitness facility, sauna, meeting room for informal gatherings; computers for guest access to the internet; and plans for a sundry shop.
There is a beautiful community swimming pool and spa with a tiki hut bar for poolside drinks and snacks. Relax by the pool with a nice cool drink, take a leisurely stroll down the nature trail or challenge your family to a game of volleyball. The choice is yours.
For the younger guests, there is a children's play area adjacent to the clubhouse.
The Emerald Island Clubhouse is the source for premier service. A helpful staff member will assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets, or transportation. The staffed Clubhouse has plans to provide towel service and music at the pool, movie rental, and other thoughtful touches to make your visits to Emerald Island Resort a worry-free experience.
