Suitable for 3 to 4 families sharing. This fantastic executive style home. 7 bedrooms 4 and a half bathrooms 2 master bedrooms showers, bath tub, walk in wardrobe, toilet, hairdryer. " more double rooms with queen beds sharing a bathroom, three further twin bedrooms. All fantastically decorated all with cable TV. The 4 adult rooms all have LCD tv's. The home is fully air conditioned.
There is also a separate sitting room/dining area
Free use of highchairs, strollers for a baby and cots which can be placed in any of the rooms.
Living areas - There is a sitting area ( two sofa's)and formal dining area (seats 6),this is separated from the rest of the villa where the grown-ups can unwind after a hard day at the large private pool. There is a further eating area in the kitchen which will sit 4/6 people, next to this is another sitting area which leads out onto the pool. This area consists of 5 further seats, large TV, DVD, Playstation 2 AND FREE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS AND FREE WIRELESS INTERNET! to tell your friends and families how wonderful it is!!!
Pool area - pool and Spa, a table and chairs are provided. Plenty of loungers and chairs are provided for the less energetic. Pool towels provided. Pool heating is optional This is the largest deck and pool we were allowed to put in, it obviously also comes with a spa a home of this standard you would simply expect that! It has a shaded area with fans in addition to large open area all with LAKE AND WOODLAND VIEWS ON ONE OF THE BIGGEST PLOTS. Childs' safety fence and it is all fully screened.
Fully equipped kitchen - with all modern amenities,(microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.) including a fridge with icemaker. Cutlery/glasses and crockery for up to 14
people. We also provide all towels and linens, iron/ironing board and
hairdryers in master bedrooms.
