Keep track of all your vacation rental units (Hotel or Motel, Condo, House, Cabin, Resort, Inn, Bed and Breakfast, Guest House, Conference Center, Campground, etc.). Records a complete history of all reservations for the unit. Assign Rates and amenities. Easily create reports. The Vacation Unit Tracker component contains information about each of your rental units including a Unit Identification (1) and its street Address (2). There is also a Rates field (3) where you can choose rates that apply to the Unit from the Add/Select Rates management window. You can add any number of rates to a Unit. The Notes tab (4) shows the Notes field where you can record any other information about the Unit. The Unit Cost tab (5) shows the Purchase Date, Cost of Unit including Reconditioning, Mortgage Payment and Balance Due, Sale Date and Sale Amount fields. There is also a button you can click to easily add a mortgage payment for this unit to Rental Expense Tracker. This information can be password protected. The Tax Info tab (6) shows the Kind of Property and Owner information that is required on some income tax forms. In the top right corner of the Vacation Unit Tracker window are six menu buttons. Four of these have Change buttons above them so you can customize the name and purpose of the menu. The default names are Complex (9a), Bedrooms (7), Type (9c), Location (9b), Sleeps (8) and Status (9d). You can sort the records in Vacation Unit Tracker, the lines in the Unit Report or the columns in the Unit Chooser in Reservation Tracker by these menus. The Unit History field (10) displays a list of all the Reservations for the Unit, including: Arrival and Departure dates, the Reservation status (Reserved, Checked In, etc.), the Reservation #, and the Guest's Last name. Use the four checkboxes (11) to indicate which of these four things apply to the Unit. These can be displayed and sorted on in the Unit Chooser in Reservation Tracker. Add other Amenities that the Unit includes to the Amenities field (12) by using the Add/Select Amenity management window. Open the Availability (13) or Schedule (14) windows by clicking these buttons. The Unit Report (15) displays information about any or all of the units. |
